$1001-$3000 there is a $300 deductable, $3001-

maximum Gold hardware coverage.
Platinum plan covers 1 year of labor and
hardware costs valued less than $2000, items
valued $2001-$5000 there is a $600 deductable,
items valued $5001-$7000 there is a $1400
deductable, maximum Platinum hardware coverage
is $7000.
Hardware and parts are subject availability and
conditions. Coverage plans not available to all
areas, additional fees or costs may apply. There
are no refunds on service plans. Labor will be
performed by a qualify technician by
TCsupport.net. Data cable installation is not
covered under service plans. New computer
builds or installation is not covered under
these plans, only original hardware cataloged
into the coverage plan will be serviced under
the plan. Additional hardware coverage may
incur an increase in plan cost. By selecting a
coverage plan you and who you represent take
full responsibility for your actions and agree
with these terms. Items damaged from improper
usage or vandalism are subject to evaluation in
which case they may not be covered for repair.
Purposeful damage caused will not be covered.
Accidental damaged from normal usage is subject
to evaluation for coverage. Only hardware items
with a life span shorter than 5 years will be
covered. Not responsible for damages, injury,
lost data or monetary loses.
