Notice: Due to the extensive labor
and skill involved in laptop repair it
is necessary to charge an additional fee
to service call, for rates stated above.
All hourly rates reflect a 1 hour
minimum.
Travel to service calls via toll roads
will be added to travel time.
Service call rates are for servicing to
Desktop computers and peripherals,
additional electronic devices may inccur
different rates based on labor and skill
involved.

30 DAY
LIMITED WARRANTY(
NOT APPLICABLE TO HOURLY RATES): If any
problem occurs during a 30 day period
after servicing was completed to either
software or hardware, it will be
repaired free of charge excluding costs
of parts and/or software needed for a
repair. This warranty is void if Third
Party software not licensed by
Microsoft(tm) or direct manufacture is
installed, or illegally licensed
software is installed, as well as any
hardware not under original warranty.
Anyone who has done servicing to the
machine during the 30 day period and is
not a licensed certified technician
automatically voids the warranty. In the
case of a non-certified person(s) making
upgrades or repairs to the machine, a charge for an evaluation fee for
checking for or finding errors or
improperly functioning components on the
system-- the fee will be automatically
waived if you, the end-user patron
decides to have servicing done to the
machine. TC Support Services
reserves the right of refusal of any
customer for any reason unless monetary
value has already been exchanged, TC
Support also reserves the right to
sell off or sell back any computer
components/software or computers left in
our possession for more than 90 DAYS
without the express notice or contact of
a customer for services to a machine. As
a technician it is not reasonable nor
warranted to purchase computer parts
and/or software ourselves without the
customer paying us to do so, the
customer is required to either buy parts
and/or software themselves or pay the
amount for parts up front to the
technician, and then the rest of the due
fees when receiving the computer after
all services have been completed. TC

data, monetary value in goods, nor
responsible for any damages after
receiving a computer back. |
