LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY (STANDARD)
TC Support
Services warrants this product to be free of
defects in workmanship and material under
normal use and conditions for period of 90
days from the date of original purchase.
IN
WARRANTY PROCEDURE
Should
service be required during the warranty
period, TC Support Services will repair or,
at it's discretion replace this product,
without charge except for a fee for
handling, packing, return postage and
insurance if necessary), subject to
verification of the defect or malfunction,
upon delivery of this product to
TCSUPPORT.NET listed below with proof of
date of purchase. Pack the unit in a
well-padded heavy corrugated box.
Enclose a
copy of your sales receipt, credit card
statement or other proof of date of
purchase, along with your name, address, and
phone number and a description of the
problem.
Enclose a
check or money order for the cost of
shipping payable to TC Support Services
Note: This
warranty is valid only if the product is
used for the purpose for which it was
designed. It does not apply to:
Damage or
loss caused by negligence, misuse, accident,
improper installation or operation.
A defect that
has been caused by modification or repair
other than through TC Support Services
Servicing by
a non authorized party or non-certified
technician.
Any liability
for incidental or consequential damages.
The Warranty
is valid only in the United States of
America for the original end-user.
This warranty
may not cover the cost of travel to onsite
location if distance is greater then 30
miles.
OUT OF
WARRANTY PROCEDURE
If the item
is out of the warranty period or if you do
not have proof of purchase date, then TC
Support Services will perform normal
servicing and standard rates apply.
